Project manager

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Informatics or similar (preferably);
• 5 years of experience in Functional Analysis in ERP Software (Management Consulting - mandatory);
• Previous experience in Project Management and team leadership (mandatory);
• Experience in functional areas of Accounting, Taxation, Industry, Quality;
• Proactivity and taste for change and innovation;
• Commitment to the company.

Responsibilities:‍

• Collection of information and identification of project requirements and internal and external stakeholders;
• Customer relationship management;
• Pivot between the commercial area and the technical area;
• Plan for new needs or new requests for assistance that may arise on a daily basis;
• Perform the functional analysis during the needs survey;
• Define the best solution taking into account the needs of the client and the objectives of the company;
• Manage expectations and motivations of the teams involved in the projects;
• Daily analysis of reports, records and agendas of technicians;
• Management of budgets and deadlines.
